Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Spotminders account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronic device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping the tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition at our warehouse, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
